Return Process Simplified 

  1. Easy Returns: If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, minus a $25 fee for delivery and processing. This fee is applicable per product and is borne by the customer. 

Exceptions to the 7 Day Money Back Policy 

While our policy aims to provide you with flexibility, there are a few exceptions: 

  1. Engraved or Customized Products: Items that have been engraved, personalized, or customized to your specifications are not eligible for return under the Money Back Policy. 

 

Return Conditions 

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions: 

  • Original Packaging: Return the product in its original packaging, ensuring it's in a saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear, or alterations. 
  • Intact Tags and Packaging: The product's stickers, tags, and original packaging must be intact. Tampered packaging or missing tags will void the return eligibility. 

 

Refund Process 

When you return a product under our 7-Day Money Back policy at Revat Jewels, we ensure a seamless refund process: 

  1. Quality Assurance: Upon receiving your returned item, we conduct a thorough quality check to verify its condition.
  2. Refund Options: 
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are processed to your designated bank account.
  • Prepaid Orders: The refund amount is credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/ UPI/Net Banking).

3. Processing Time: Once the quality check is completed, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, minus any applicable delivery  charges. 

 

How to Return to Revat Jewels 

Returning a product to Revat Jewels is straightforward. Follow these steps: 

1. Initiate Return: Send an email to info@revatjewels.com within 7 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.


2. Pack Securely: Ensure your jewellery is packed securely in its original packaging along with the product certificate and invoice (original or copy).


3Return Pickup: Hand over the package to our logistics partner and obtain a pickup acknowledgment.


4. Quality Check: After receiving the returned product, we conduct a detailed inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards.


5. Refund Processing: Upon successful completion of the quality check, we initiate the refund to your bank account or original payment method.


6. Deductions: Please note, deductions may apply in case of a lost original product certificate.


7. Policy Updates: Revat Jewels reserves the right to modify its policies, and any updates will be promptly communicated on our website.

     

    Return Shipping 

    For customers unable to return products to our physical stores, Revat Jewels arranges for reverse pickups. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a delivery and processing fee of $25 may be deducted from the refund amount.
